Australian Heritage Restorations completed a comprehensive restoration project on the Scone Train Station in New South Wales. The restoration works included repairing and repainting the exterior of the station, restoring the timber verandah, and repairing and repainting the roof. AHR also carried out extensive repairs to the original sandstone work and provided new stone where necessary. This project required AHR to work closely with local authorities to ensure the station was restored to its original condition and maintain its heritage significance. The project was completed on time and within budget, with a focus on maintaining the historical integrity of the station while ensuring it met modern safety standards.
